The 200-year-old mansion is the sole survivor of Ephrata’s 19th-century crown jewel, The Mountain Springs Hotel. Once the home of Joseph Konimacher, the property was operated in the 1800’s by the Konimacher family as a popular resort destination. The mansion was renovated in 2011 and this 3-story office building located along SR 322 at the eastern edge of downtown Ephrata offers suites from 400 SF to 2,000 SF.
