Oak Tree Development Group is pleased to announce its latest Healthcare project in Lancaster, PA. The 34,000 SF Outpatient Surgery Center is under construction and is planned to be completed by the Summer of 2024. The new state-of-the-art facility, at 35 Erick Road on the Northern border of Lancaster City, is being built for and leased to WellSpan Health.
